One of our most memorable Destin weddings of 2015 was The Alley family – Roxanne and Jason. They were both born and raised in New Orleans. Jason moved to Destin Florida when he was 12 and then him and Roxanne were reunited after he returned to Law School in Louisiana and Roxanne had graduated from LSU. They got engaged in August 2013 and moved to Destin in August of 2014 for a job opportunity. To them, Destin is the ideal location to raise their 2-year old son and their little one that’s on the way.
From Roxanne: “Jason and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Solaris in Sandestin. Family and friends are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended! The food was great! Our SOLARIS wedding planner, Kristi and the staff were so attentive, and so easy going. We couldn’t have asked for a better night!”

Congrats to Jake and Stephanie who said “I Do” to the SOLARIS yacht for their Destin yacht wedding in June 2016.
Stephanie shares their cute love story that is almost as adorable as they are!
“Jake and I met in May of 2011 right after I moved from Lexington, KY to Tallahassee, FL and have been best friends ever since! Truly!
We were both in very different transitional periods in our life and were a great sounding board for one another. Our years of friendship set the ground work for our romance. It’s pretty rare, at least in this day and age, for people to genuinely like one another and that is
why were so lucky.
Laughter is very important to me and I do that more with Jake than with anyone else. He is a great father, partner, and friend. I know he will be a great husband!
We are both so excited for the wedding in Sandestin on the SOLARIS Yacht and for all of our friends to gather & celebrate with us. A good time is sure to be had!
