Guests will indulge in a three-course meal that begins with freshly baked Artisanal bread seasoned with a signature spices. Entrée choices include Chicken Piccata with savory lemon caper butter, Petit Filet Mignon, Golden Tile Fish and Eggplant Parmesan. A special children’s menu includes Country-style Chicken Tenders. End on a sweet note with Chef’s special Mother’s Day dessert.
 
It’s time to Rock the Yacht on Friday, May 19th for SunQuest Cruises annual Crawfish Cruise in Destin from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. featuring live music by the Cadillac Willy band. Patrons will enjoy Bugs and Brews, Cruise and Blues while indulging in their choice of Boiled Crawfish, Shrimp or Jambalaya. Voted Best Band by Destin Magazine, Emerald Coast Magazine & The BeachComber, Cadillac Willy has played all along the Emerald Coast for over 17 years. Cruise for a cause as SunQuest Cruises partners with the Junior League of the Emerald Coast for a Full Moon Cruise on the SOLARIS yacht in Sandestin on Friday, November 7th from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. The Junior League of the Emerald Coast is celebrating 50 years of making a difference in the community with a night of dining and dancing under the moonlight.
 
“Evenings on the water take on a whole new luster under the light of a full moon. This is the first in a series of Full Moon Cruises we will be hosting,” said James Murray, General Manager for SunQuest Cruises. “We’re thrilled to partner with this great organization to raise money to further their mission and make an impact in our community.”
 
The Junior League of the Emerald Coast began in 1964 with five women dedicated to making a difference in their community. Today, the Junior League of the Emerald Coast is an organization of nearly 300 Northwest Florida Panhandle women of diverse backgrounds who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism. The members of the Junior League of the Emerald Coast strive to uphold a mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community.
 
“We are a diverse group of civic-minded women devoted to voluntarism and improving our communities,” stated Carly Harmer, President of the Junior League of the Emerald Coast. “We are looking forward to celebrating our 50th anniversary with the community this year and are working to ensure that the impact we have over the next 50 years is even greater!”
 
Guests will embark on an unforgettable evening as they are greeted by Captain Matt and explore all three indoor and outdoor decks of the SOLARIS yacht, including a silent auction. Delectable comfort foods freshly prepared by the SOLARIS chefs will be available throughout the yacht. The menu includes fresh Tomato Basil soup, grilled smoked cheese sandwiches, bruschetta margarita melts, shrimp, beef, veggie and chicken kabobs and more.
 
The indulgent evening continues with an irresistible S’mores Bar featuring an array of warm marshmallows, milk chocolate and graham crackers. Guests can also dance in the moonlight to live entertainment by well-known local DJ David Hall.
 
Boarding on the SOLARIS yacht begins at 6:30 p.m. at Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina, with the cruise from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. The cost is $60 per person, which includes a three-hour cruise, food and live entertainment. Halloween Party on a Yacht? That’s how we celebrate in Destin! Costumes, cocktails and Cadillac Willy will ‘rock the yacht’ on the SOLARIS Halloween Party Cruise in Destin Florida.
 
After the kids enter a candy coma, it’s time for the adults to brew up some mischief on the SOLARIS “Rock the Yacht” Halloween Party Cruise in Destin on Friday, October 31st from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Guests should come dressed in their best costume for a contest and bring their dancing shoes for live music by Cadillac Willy.
 
The party begins at 9 p.m. as guests dressed in their Halloween best board the SOLARIS by the light of the eerie moon. Voted “Best Band” by the readers of Destin Magazine, Cadillac Willy will conjure up a ‘spooktacular’ set of live music that will rock all three levels of the yacht as the SOLARIS cruises the local waters.
 
Costumes and cocktails will bring frightful fun throughout the night. Local celebrity judges will be on the hunt for the best costumes aboard the SOLARIS. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume in each of these categories: sexiest, scariest, most original and best all around.
 
Boarding  for the Halloween Party Cruise in Destin begins at 9 p.m. with the cruise from 10 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. The SOLARIS is docked at the all-inclusive Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, offering a variety of on-site accommodations for the night.
