Guests will indulge in a three-course meal that begins with a freshly baked Artisan rolls with garlic, herbs and infused oil. Entrée choices include a fresh herb-encrusted Filet Mignon in Bordelaise sauce, Gulf Fish topped with lemon beurre blanc sauce, cheese & fresh herb-stuffed chicken breast with volute sauce or spinach & cheese stuffed pasta. Children’s main course is freshly baked flat bread pizzas. End on a sweet note with Chef’s special Mother’s Day dessert.
